Ed got this guitar with his Orbiter to make seven Fanos in his collection. He got them around July 2004. Dennis Fano custom made the guitar to Ed's tastes. It's an interesting looking guitar. It is simliar in shape to the Satellite with Dennis's Signature 'skewed' body shape. I haven't seen it in person, so I'm not sure about the portion at the bottom that looks tapered. It looks a little odd to me.
This guitar is a baritone guitar - which, if you are not familiar, means it's designed to be tuned a fifth lower than a standard guitar (IE, a Baritone capoed at the fifth fret would sound like an open guitar). Ed hasn't brought this one on tour, probably because there isn't a BNL song which he plays on a baritone guitar, but we might just see one of those in the future if he takes to this guitar.
