According to an article in Acoustic Guitar magazine, Steve has 2 Bluesbirds that he used in the show (Maroon era).
For a while I was only noticing the one with the Bigsby bar. That seems to be his main one currently, but occasionally uses a standard model (no Bigsby bar). He used it at the Sarsfest show. It may be part of their 'secondary' kit that they use for charity shows or when they need to have two kits at two places at the same time.
Steve seems to really have gotten into Guild guitars around the Maroon era. He favours a Bluesbird for Pinch Me. The stock photo below is without the Bigsby bar.
